By weight, so a single paperback and a boxed set are not charged the same.

Some addresses cannot take every service, and a few goods cannot travel by air at all. Where that applies the checkout says so, and shows you the exact cost, before you pay.
How Things Are Packed

Shipping Questions
Do you ship abroad?
To most of Europe and North America. What is available to you appears at the checkout once you enter your address, with the cost before you pay. Any duties are set by the destination country and are not included.
What if nobody is in?
The carrier tries twice and then holds it locally for a week. You can redirect it from the tracking link.
Can you hold an order until the rest comes in?
Yes, and we will not charge you twice for carriage. Say so in the order notes.
