Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These terms cover buying from this shop. By placing an order you accept them, so it is worth the few minutes. Nothing here takes away a right the law in your country gives you as a consumer, and where the two disagree, the law wins.

Your Account

You can order without an account. If you open one, keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you do.

Give us an address and a contact that actually reach you. Most delivery problems start with a mistyped address, and a parcel sent where you told us to send it is not a parcel we can be asked to send again for nothing.

You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live. We can close an account that is being used for fraud, for abuse of our staff, or to resell in breach of these terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we send the email confirming the goods have been dispatched, not when the order is placed or the money is taken. Until then we may refuse the order, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Reasons we might refuse: the goods are out of stock, we cannot authorise the payment, we suspect fraud, the price or description was wrong, or we cannot deliver to the address given.

Prices and Payment

Prices are as shown at the moment you order, and the checkout shows the total, including any tax and delivery, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Where tax is charged it is set by where the goods are going. On an international order the destination country may charge duty or import fees on arrival, which are yours to pay and are not included in what you paid us.

If a price is obviously wrong, and wrong enough that you could reasonably have seen it was a mistake, we are not obliged to honour it. We will tell you, and you choose whether to pay the right price or have the money back.

Payment is taken through our payment providers. Card details never reach our servers.

Delivery

Delivery times given at the checkout are estimates, not promises, and they begin when the order is dispatched rather than when it is placed. We will tell you if something is going to be late.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. Ownership passes once we have been paid in full. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us promptly and keep the packaging, which is what the carrier will ask about.

Cancelling and Returning

You may return goods within thirty days of delivery, unused and in their packaging. The returns page sets out the conditions, what cannot come back, and how the refund is made.

Where the law gives you a right to cancel at a distance, you have that right as well as this one, not instead of it.

Downloads and Digital Goods

A download gives you a personal, non transferable licence to use the file. You may keep a copy for yourself. You may not share it, resell it, or strip out whatever marks it as yours.

A download cannot be returned once it has been started, which is the usual rule for digital goods and which you accept at the checkout. If the file will not open or is the wrong one, that is our problem to fix and we will.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Where you buy something that renews, the checkout says so before you pay: what it costs, how often it renews, and when the first renewal falls. It then renews automatically until you stop it.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund a period already running, unless the law where you live says otherwise. We will tell you before the price of a renewal changes.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

A gift card is spent in this shop and cannot be exchanged for cash. Treat it like cash: if you pass the code on, whoever has it can spend it. A card bought from anywhere other than us may not be genuine and we cannot honour it.

What Is On the Page

We take care over descriptions, weights, sizes and photographs, but a photograph is a photograph: colour varies between screens, and a small difference in finish or packaging is not a fault.

Stock figures are as accurate as we can make them. Occasionally something sells twice, and if that happens we will tell you quickly and refund or reorder, whichever you prefer.

Using the Site

Use the shop to shop. Do not try to break it, scrape it wholesale, buy to resell where we have said you may not, or submit a review that is not your honest experience.

Anything you post, such as a review or a question, stays yours, but you give us permission to show it on the site and in material about the shop. We can remove anything abusive, dishonest or unlawful.

Our Words and Pictures

The text, photographs, design and code on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You may read them, print a page, and share a link. You may not copy them for another shop, which includes feeding them to a service that rewrites them.

Brand names and marks belonging to the makers whose goods we sell remain theirs.

Where We Stand

We are responsible for the goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their ordinary purpose. If we get that wrong we will repair, replace or refund.

We are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our getting something wrong, for a delay caused by something genuinely outside our control, or for how goods are used once they are yours. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes, Law and Contact

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you placed it, so a change later does not reach back.

These terms are governed by the law of the country we trade from, and you may bring a claim in your own courts where the law gives you that right. If one clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stand.

Tell us first if something has gone wrong. Most things are settled in one email, and the contact page is the quickest way to reach a person.
